Patchr Atlas

We applied PATCHR to the PDB40 non-redundant database, reconstructing missing residues and atoms for approximately 35,000 monomeric proteins spanning a broad range of folds and functional classes, all publicly available through this interactive web interface where you can visually inspect the original and inpainted regions and download completed models for downstream applications.
